This site is devoted to the study and analysis of ancient systems of formal logic by means of modern symbolic logic. The main focus lies on questions of adequacy and historical fidelity arising in connection with the utilization of symbolic methods for the interpretation of ancient texts. We would like to include papers of different authors on this subject, be it in the form of short notes, abstracts, or complete papers. |
